Cole and Nevil did my demo and installation of the HVAC system. Very respectful, courteous young men. They knew their jobs very well. Took the time to clearly answer any questions I had. Left the job site cleaner than when they started.

I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff throughout this HVAC replacement, which included new ductwork. I was quoted a fair price and the owner promised me 100% satisfaction on the install, and they delivered. Caleb and Josh worked for 2 days even around my schedule and kept my home tidy after leaving. The manager even came to inspect the install. I chose Southern primarily based on their reputation and am very happy with their customer service.

We had our residential A/C unit serviced today. The technician, Chase, was simply excellent. He was friendly, hard-working, and efficient. After servicing the unit, he detected some less-than-quality work when the thermostat was previously wired, and quickly fixed it. Impressed with Southern's quality of people. This is what makes a good company a truly great one.

Beware of this company. Two very inexperienced techs came out to clean the evaporator core inside the house. Two of the most unprofessional and inexperienced guys that looked like they just got out of high school with social skills to match. They punctured the core and let out all the refrigerant and were at my house from 10:00am to 2:00pm and finally left. Without mentioning they damaged the system. When I got back home from work the house was 85 degrees. They charged 800+ dollars to ruin the system and tried scamming us to just get a whole new system. After calling the company they sent out another tech a day later, who didn’t even look at the system, just notes on his IPad saying there is nothing they could do and that there was a risk associated with cleaning it and wanted to recommend changing the system for 4 grand. The company will be sued and we called Aaron with “Cool Temp Heating and Air Conditioning” and he fixed everything they messed up within an hour and a half and cleaned the outside unit for 300$ and the house is colder than ever before. SOUTHERN AIR HEATING is a very unprofessional company and stay away if you don’t want to be scammed.

Aside from some scheduling issues and a small water leak resulting from the mini-split replacement (which they fixed promptly), I am very satisfied. All of the personnel and technicians were very friendly and helpful. And despite being a relatively new customer, the company has already acted with loyalty and good faith towards me.

Very professional and caring at a very difficult and overwhelming time in my life. Couldn’t have ask for a better team than Josh, Mason and Tim!

I'm really going to miss Josh and Southern Heating and Air after our move. They did a great tankless install and several other jobs. The team is knowledgable and committed to quality. I recommend Josh and their plumbing team without reservation. Thanks for jobs well done!!

John B. came by to give an estimate on my HVAC System change out. He provided a clear description of what needed to be done, and he did so in an easy to understand manner. He also pointed out some changes that could be done to improve the new system operating efficiency. John definitely knew his craft and he came across as confident, honest, and trustworthy. He was upbeat, but with no pressure sales tactics whatsoever. I had got a few bids and they were all fairly comparable. I chose SouthernAir because they seem to offer the Best Value overall, with up front pricing (and a detailed estimate provided in writing). The HVAC Remove/Install team (Chase, lead technician and Neville, support tech.) was every bit as good as John had said they would be. Clearly they were experienced and very knowledgeable. They were also responsive to my concerns and did the required work in a meticulous and very efficient manner. They cleaned up everywhere they had to work and even swept the attic floor in the work area. Yes, Really! I couldn't be more pleased with the way the job turned out. They say once is an incident, twice in a trend. Well all I can say is that based on my interactions their personnel, SothernAir is trending up, Waaay Up!
